Knotbound ships within the United States. The following outlines our standard shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

Because our products are printed on demand, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. This production time is separate from the shipping transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin production on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days after production

  • Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days after production (if available at checkout)

Total estimated delivery = production time + transit time. Most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase.

3. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the product and destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be noted at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking link will be sent to your email address once your order ships. If you have not received a tracking notification within 7 business days of your order, contact us at admin@knotboundco.com.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at admin@knotboundco.com — we can only make changes before production begins.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows 'delivered' but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported missing. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee a replacement in these cases.

8. International Shipping

At this time, Knotbound ships to U.S. addresses only. International shipping may be offered in the future.

Return & Refund Policy

At Knotbound, we want you to love what you ordered. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing, as return eligibility varies by product type.

1. POD Products

Some of our products are made to order. Because these items are produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)

  • Minor color variations between screen display and the final printed product

2. Standard (Non-POD) Items

For all other items in our catalog, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original, unaltered condition with tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us at admin@knotboundco.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

Regardless of product type, we will replace or refund any item that arrives:

  • Defective in quality (misprints, fading, cracking, manufacturing defects)

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Materially different from what was ordered

To request a replacement or refund for a defective item, email us at admin@knotboundco.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us at admin@knotboundco.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send the correct item at no additional cost to you.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Pop-Up Event Purchases

Items purchased at a Knotbound pop-up event or vendor market are considered final sale. We may at our discretion offer an exchange for a different size if the item is unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
